do you need ...

... to regulate a temperature between two fixed temperatures?

Then you can use Temperature controls
Our temperature controls will be able to regulate the temperature in your application at your chosen temperature. It is easy and cheap controlling, because the temperature controls are directly mount in the line of your application cable and so the regulation is automatically switched on and off at your chosen temperature. The differential (also called "Hysterese") can be from around 1,5K for capillary controller, or 2K up to 4K for MQT models up to 10K until 50K depending on type and chosen temperature. Electric current from 5mA with 42VDC up to 16A with 250VAC can be realized.

TEMPERATUR CONTROL

Type 03EN / 03EP temperature controls for temperature -10°C until 150°C

Type 11EN temperature controls for temperature -10°C until 150°C low case

Type 52N / 52P temperature controls for temperature -50°C until 250°C

Type 10N temperature controls for temperature -50°C until 230°C low case

Type MQT / M3 temperature controls for temperature -10°C until 110°C narrow differntial

Type Kapi capillary thermostat with differential around 1,5K

Type H702 temperature controls for temperature until 400°C

Type 161.481 temperature controls for temperature 280°C, 320°C and 355°C

do you need ...

... to protect your application and to beware of malfunctions and high temperature?... with manual reset:

Then you can use Temperature protectors with manual reset
If you must indicate a thermal overflow to prevent damage and to have a secure cut off from the power connection without automatic reset then you can use a manual reset. If the thermostat has been switched off, you must reset it manually and push the thermostat´s reset stick or reset button. So you take deliberate action to reset the switch thereby you can learn that there has been a malfunction or thermal overflow was indicated. You will be able to finish your current project, but you have to check the application or call a service technician. The thermostat can´t reset automatically when temperature is above -35°C.

TEMPERATURE PROTECTOR (Manual Reset)

Type 05EN temperature controls with manual reset for 50°C until 150°C for 16A /230VAC

Type 15N temperature controls with manual reset for 50°C until 250°C for 10A /230VAC

Type 23EN temperature controls with manual reset for 50°C until 150°C for 16A /230VAC

do you need ...

... to protect your application and to beware of malfunctions and high temperature?... with automatic reset:

Then you can use Temperature protectors with automatic reset
Temperature protectores you can be used, when the chosen temperature for the application is not allowed to increase. The temperature protectors have a big difference between off and reset, so the application must cool down for a longer time before the temperature protector will reset automatically. Only for use, when the application is not dangerous when it restarts automatically. Otherwise please use protectors with manual reset or PTC self-holding.

TEMPERATURE PROTECTOR

Type 01 temperature controls from 60°C to 200°C to 2,5A / 230VAC

Type 05 temperature controls from 50°C to 200°C to 5A / 230VAC

Type 06 temperature controls from 60°C to 200°C to 10A / 230VAC

do you need ...

... to protect your application and to beware of malfunctions and high temperature?
... with auto-PTC self-holding:

Then you can use Temperature protectors with PTC
PTC Thermistor Sensor (Positive Temperaure Coefficient) are temperature sensitive semi-conductive resistors, also known as Motor protection Sensors or PTC resistors.
The reproducible change of resistance vs. temperature is used to activate for example trip relays. The result is a defined temperature control for a variety of electronical equipment which is used to switch off load currents, activating alarms or other controls.

TEMPERATURE PROTECTOR Self Holding

Type SP1 temperature controls with auto-PTC holding temperature for 80°C until 180°C for 2,5A /230VAC

Type SR6 temperature controls with auto-PTC holding temperature for 70°C until 180°C for 10A /230VAC

do you need ...

... to protect your application and to beware of further damage with a temperature fuse. This could be achieved with a single operation device which can´t reset. The fuse has to be replaced after operation.

Temperature fuses are a cheap but highly effective alternative to cut off applications irrevocable in case of dangerous temperatures. The fuses from the SF/E production run, shaped like a diode, are suitable for your valuable applications or for applications placed in a danger zone. You will find the Temperature fuses from the SF/E production run in coffee machines as well as in industrial facilities. If the preset temperature is reached by a malfunction or maloperation, the fuse will disconnect permanent from the electric circuit till 16A at 250VAC.
The thermal fuse is a cheap way to transform your standard application into a secure application. (please read the special information about how to use a thermal fuse).

TEMPERATURE FUSE:

Type SF-E / SM standard fuse for 73°C until 240°C and up to 16A/230VAC

Type H101 special production necessary high temperature fuse for 710°C
